The very popular 4000 series high torque wrench pump are proven in the petrochemical and mining
industries. Used
throughout Australia in Power Stations, Mines & Rail, these pumps offer
faster flow rates, less-weight, and more continuous reliable operation
of all double-acting torque wrenches. All major wrench
manufacturers use and prefer the KLW-4000 Series pump for wrenches.
Two options available: 240Volt over-Hydraulic and Pneumatic over-hydraulic. Both Pumps will run equipment
from 130 To 85,000 Ft Lbs. The 3m remote control makes
for easy use via the Auto-shift valve.

 All our High Torque Twinline hoses are rated at Minimum 4:1 ( 10,000 psi working 40,000psi burst ) This is a standard requirement for all our double acting systems. Hoses come with standard 1/4" screw couplers & fittings. Hoses are fully assembled, bled, tested and Hydraulic Test tagged for Safety. Hoses are marked "High Torque" hose and part numbered. |
