 The
Electric 240 Volt KLW-4000 High Torque Wrench pumps are fast, Light,
Compact, Reliable, and supplied fully equipped ready to go. They're
designed specifically for double acting Torque Wrenches. The KLW-4000
pumps will run tools from 200 to 50,000 Ft Lbs. The
240 Volt wrench pumps offer the perfect solution if air is not
available. Over heating is solved with heat
exchangers and are ideal for long haul production jobs .The regulator / advance pressure Setting is fast. No more winding the regulator up and down. The pressure can be set accurately within 2 rotations from 1000 - 10,000 psi - ready to go. The KLW-4000 is quiet, faster and more responsive than older pumps. The 3 stage Hydraulic Pump means when the wrench is unloaded during retract or pre-torque, the flow increases speeding up the low pressure cycle. This is most evident on larger high torque IBT 5, 8, and above with larger piston sizes. The Remote is 4 metres long, 2 button. Top button starts and stops the pump. The second button advances the wrench when pressed. When released it auto retracts the wrench. These pumps offer the perfect balance of speed power and size. Their smaller size make them easier to carry onto platforms or into cavities. Shipping containers are also available - fits pump + tool. |

 All High Torque hoses are rated at Minimum 4:1 ( 10,000 psi working 40,000psi burst ) This should be a standard requirement for any double acting pump system. Hoses are supplied with standard 1/4" screw couplers and fittings. Hoses are assembled, bleed, tested and Hydraulic test tagged. All hoses are marked " High Torque" hose to avoid confusion and part numbered. |
